I sent you an email when I received this, along with a 3-piece variety pack. The box was HOT, and when I opened it the fudge was completely melted and runny. The small ice pack was extremely hot! I don't believe it is edible to consume. Iam extremely disappointed with this shipment and purchase. It is 115 degrees here in California. Perhaps your shipping department should pack the fudge appropriately with enough ice to ensure proper delivery. Your customer service never responded to the email I sent last week. I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!
