Do you use real butter?

Absolutely!

Is the fudge gluten free?

All of our base flavors are, yes! For example, chocolate, dark chocolate, vanilla, etc. are all gluten free. The only time our flavors are not gluten free is when there is an add in, such as vanilla wafers in the banana pudding!

What allergens are in the fudge?

All of our fudge is made on the same equipment that processes peanuts,
tree nuts, milk, coconut, soy, egg, wheat, and artificial coloring.

Do you use marshmallows?

We do not use marshmallows in making our delicious fudge. However, some flavors, such as our Rocky Road fudge, use marshmallows as mix-ins.

Shipping
Can you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and shipping timelines, we cannot ship outside of the U.S. at this time.

Can you Ship to Hawaii and Alaska?

We sure can!

Can you ship to military bases?

Yep! We are grateful for those who sacrifice for our country and are
happy to give them a taste of home. Packages are shipped via APO/FPO
using USPS.

Do you ship UPS?

Due to the nature of our products and shipping timelines, we usually
only ship FedEx. For urgent orders, we
can overnight shipments!

How much is shipping?

Rates are calculated directly from the carrier during checkout. However, orders over $30 get free shipping!

What is the cut off for same day shipping?

2:00 pm Eastern each business day.

When will my order ship?

Orders are generally sent within one business day.

Do you have a store front?

We sure do! We opened it March of 2024!

You can find us located at 7146 Maynardville Pike, Suite 100. Knoxville, TN, 37918!

We are merging two businesses together (don't worry, same great fudge!), so there you will find us as Old South Candy!

What is your most popular fudge?

Picking the most popular is an impossible task, but the top three would include Peanut Butter, Chocolate Walnut, and Orange Cream.

What is the shelf life of fudge?

Fudge is best enjoyed within 21 days after receipt (if you can make it
last that long 😉). It will last 3-4 weeks on the counter or 6-8 weeks in the fridge! When wrapped tightly, fudge will last in the freezer for up to one year.

there are so many choices, where should I start?

Try our Classic Variety Box, which includes a half pound of 3 popular
favorites (chocolate, vanilla, and peanut butter), or go a little bolder
with our Gone Nuts Variety Box (chocolate walnut, vanilla walnut, and butter pecan).

Do you offer bulk orders?

Can I get gift wrapping?

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time, but our Variety Boxes are beautifully packaged for gifting!

What is your return policy and refund policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you are
unhappy for any reason, please contact us to arrange for
replacement/refund.
