I have never been a fudge fan. It was always like sticking a great big glob of chocolate in my mouth. That all changed when I found Caramel Pecan Cheesecake Fudge. Here was fudge that had EVERYTHING I loved in one package and no giant glob of chocolate filling my mouth. I tore through the first pound I bought and have already ordered a two-pound replacement box. If no one else on the planet likes this stuff, I don't care. I love it.
