Needs refrigeration

You definitely should send it in refrigerated package! Fortunately I got it as soon as mail came but it was already mushy. Went right into fridge. I realize Arizona is having unusually warm weather but you should allow for that

Also, the whole pecans were difficult to cut resulting messy slices. Smaller pieces are preferred.
