I like the fruity sweetness of the cherry flavor and while the chocolate flavor is more mild on my tongue, I find it a good balance in this fudge.
(One of my favorite candies is the Big Cherry -- a whole maraschino cherry in fondant, coated with milk chocolate and chopped peanuts. Except for the lack of nuts, I'd say this fudge tastes exactly like that favorite, and hard to find, candy. And the lack of nuts is not a criticism; I enjoy the creamy texture of this fudge.)

Cherry flavor throughout, I don’t taste a lot of the chocolate fudge but it definitely matches the name. I’d purchase again and I haven’t had a fudge flavor I haven’t liked. The cherry ratio is perfect for this one and the perfect title.
