I like this fudge, but I don't love this fudge. I would say it could have more chocolate on top and more filling in the middle. Even a bit more "cake" specks inside.
The Blueberry Cheesecake was delicious. You could really taste the Blueberries in the fudge.
This Fudge is very similar tasting to Andys mint chocolate candy. I love those chocolates. So Far we have tried four out of eight different flavors of Fudge from Uncle Butche"s and I would say this one comes in third place so far.
1st - Boston Cream pie fudge.
2nd- White chocolate Raspberry cheesecake
3rd- Mint chocolate mint
4th- Heath bar fudge
All these Fudges are very good, but these are just my taste buds as I enjoy them. So I have four more to eat and so this order of favorite will change

Fudge is smooth and creamy with great balance in taste. No graininess often found in homemade. Well wrapped to stay fresh. Black walnut fudge is my favorite
