I purchased this along with the Butter Pecan. I found out that the Butter Pecan was not to my taste, and told customer service. They immediately sent me out a replacement--I chose vanilla fudge--and it was delicious. They responded almost immediately and made it a really good experience. You can buy from this company with confidence!

You shipped my fudge on Wednesday- 2day FedEx. It’s now Sunday and it’s still sitting 2 hours away from me. It said it would be here Friday but it has yet to hit the out for delivery stage. This is really frustrating as I was looking forward to it so much! I have no idea whether the fridge is good or not since I haven’t gotten it!

Your order was shipped on time via 2-day FedEx, but unfortunately, the carrier experienced delays that were out of our control. We know that doesn't make the wait any easier, especially when your package is so close yet hasn’t arrived. We truly hate when our customers are disappointed, and we wish we could hand-deliver every box ourselves!
